  • Catholic parish church Michelhausen Hll. Peter and Paul: The parish church was partly rebuilt between 1781 and 1784 by the Krems master builder Joseph Koch after the previous church was destroyed in a major fire. It is surrounded by the former cemetery wall, on which there are some gravestones from the 19th century. The hall church has an essentially medieval nave, a featured Gothic west tower and a baroque choir . In 1712 the Marienkapelle and in 1734 the Johannes Nepomuk Chapel were added. The wall and ceiling painting from 1784 was carried out by Josef Adam Mölk . In doing so, he realized the baroque idea of the uniformly designed illusionistic church interior and optically structured the walls with painted stucco decorations and flower garlands. The high altar, a baroque columned adicular altar from 1725, was transferred here from the abandoned St. Pölten Carmelite monastery church. A new altar sheet was inserted, which Josef Adam Mölk also painted (around 1785). The baroque pulpit with seated statues of the four evangelists and a relief of the wonderful fishing is considered remarkable. The organ is a work by Orgelbau Cäcila from 1923 and was built into the old classicist case from 1790.
  • Catholic parish church Rust im Tullnerfeld hl. Martin: The hall church built between 1947 and 1949 according to plans by Karl Holey with short transverse arms, a tower and a baptistery. Originally there was a church with a Romanesque nave and Gothic choir , which was destroyed in the course of the Second World War.
