history
The community was founded in 1648.
Attractions
The city is built regularly. It consists of two axes, Viale della Vittoria and Corso Umberto, which are at right angles to each other. The most important structures are the Carmine Church from the 18th century and the parish church from the 18th century. San Biagio Platani is known for its Easter ceremonies, which are celebrated from Good Friday to Easter Sunday.
