Little snowdrop

The snowdrop location in the Buch district is a nature reserve near Buch , a district of Albbruck in the Waldshut district .

The 1.8 hectare nature reserve is located around 600 meters south of the municipality of Buch near the Hohenfels residential area, has the reserve number 3046 and was designated on March 31, 1953 by the then Freiburg Regional Culture Office. It is a south-eastern slope with ash and hazel on the Alb with a population of wild little snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis) on rocky ground in places and has a geophyte and fern-rich herb layer.
