The Rüttewies-Scheibenrain nature reserve is located in the municipality of Dachsberg (southern Black Forest) in the Waldshut district .

Location and description
The Rüttewies-Scheibenrain nature reserve is located in the municipality of Dachsberg (southern Black Forest) in the Urberg district with a size of around 64 ha. The nature reserve contains a diverse mosaic of different habitats such as B. Upland and fens, wet meadows and meadows as well as grasslands and forests as a habitat for partially endangered animal and plant species and as a biotope network of extensively used grasslands in the “Bengelbruck”, “Scheibenrain” and “Hintere Waid” basins with the parts of the landscape that connect them .
Protection purpose
The main protection purpose of the nature reserve is the preservation and development of the area
- as a diverse mosaic of different living spaces such as B. Upland and fens, wet and poor meadows as well as grasslands and forests,
