Kapellenhalde - Wüster See is a nature reserve in the Klettgau near Dettighofen in the district of Waldshut and borders the canton of Schaffhausen .

The Kapellenhalde - Wüster See nature reserve with 17.7 hectares has been designated as a nature reserve since October 2, 1981 with the number 3.114. It is a wetland with occurrences of Märzenbeche and forest. On the bordering Swiss side is the Wangental , also a nature reserve.

Protection purpose

The main protection purpose is the preservation of the forest in the Gewann »Kapellenhalde« as a place of growth for the Märzenbecher (Leucojum vernum) and wintering area for amphibians as well as the preservation of the reed areas in the Gewann »Wüster See« as a regionally significant wetland.
