It includes the cities of Bad Griesbach i.Rottal , Pocking and Vilshofen an der Donau as well as the communities Aicha vorm Wald , Aidenbach , Aldersbach , Bad Füssing , Beutelsbach , Eging a.See , Fürstenzell , Haarbach , Hofkirchen , Kirchham , Kößlarn , Malching , Neuburg a.Inn , Neuhaus a.Inn , Ortenburg , Rotthalmünster , Ruhstorf adRott , Tettenweis and Windorf in the district of Passau .
