Tim Wohlgemuth (born July 22, 1999 in Landsberg am Lech ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with ERC Ingolstadt from the German Ice Hockey League since the 2018/19 season .
Career
Wohlgemuth first skated at the age of three. He began his career at ESV Kaufbeuren, where he went through all the youth teams and played in the German youth league (DNL) between 2014 and 2018 .
He played his first game in the DEL2 for the professional team of ESV Kaufbeuren in the 2017/18 season, and he also received a sponsorship license for the ECDC Memmingen .
In December 2017, Wohlgemuth signed a contract with ERC Ingolstadt for several years . and has been part of the DEL squad there since the beginning of the 2018/19 season.
International
In 2016 he played for the first time in the German U18 national team and took part in the 2017 U18 Junior World Championship . The U18 national team took fifth place in Group A of Division I. At the U20 Junior World Championship in 2019 , he made it back to the top division with the German U20 national team and contributed one goal and three assists to this success at.
On April 11, 2019, he made his debut for the senior national team against Slovakia as part of the Euro Hockey Challenge 2019 .
