Vladimir Korneev

Vladimir Korneev (* 1987 in Manglisi , Niederkartlien , Georgian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a German actor and chanson singer .

Life

Korneev comes from a very musical Georgian-Russian family. Korneev grew up with Russian songs and Russian folklore since childhood. At the age of seven he came to Germany as a refugee child with his parents, who had left their homeland in the course of the Georgian-Abkhazian War . After arriving in Berlin, the family got political asylum in Augsburg , where Korneev grew up. At first he lived together with his parents in a home for asylum seekers. Although he stuttered as a child and couldn't speak German when he came to Germany, he attended regular elementary school . In 2007 he passed his Abitur at the Musisches Gymnasium near St. Stephan in Augsburg.

In the third grade, Korneev began to play the piano , first on a keyboard , since the family had no money for a piano. From the age of nine he took piano lessons. At the Albert Greiner Singing and Music School of the city of Augsburg, he received training as a pianist from Janina Raisowa and Veronika Leshinskaya. In 2007 he played in the jtt (young theater team), the youth club of the Augsburg Theater . As assistant director to Holger Seitz (director at Theater Augsburg) he came to Munich at the State Theater on Gärtnerplatz . During his audition for his acting and singing studies at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding , he was immediately accepted.

Korneev had his first singing lessons from Melanie Petcu. From 2008 to 2012 he completed his training at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in Munich . There he continued his singing studies (as a baritone ) for four years with the singing professor Marianne Larsen . He was trained in acting by Frieder Kranz, Gaby Welker, Kathrin Ackermann and Wolfgang Seidenberg . In 2009 he received a promotion award in the junior competition at the federal singing competition . In 2011 and 2013 he took 2nd place in the national singing competition in the “Chanson” category.

He had his first stage engagements during his training. In the 2010/11 season he appeared as the bartender Jimmy in Grand Hotel (director: Pavel Fieber ) at the Munich State Theater on Gärtnerplatz. In 2011 he played and sang the role of Mackie Messer in Brecht / Weill's Die Dreigroschenoper at the Munich Akademietheater . In June / July 2011 he played Moritz Stiefel in a musical version of Spring Awakening at the Deutsches Theater in Munich . In July / August 2012 he was cast on the Walensee stage at Walensee (Switzerland) in Tell as the cover of Bruno Grassini for the role of Bailiff Hermann Gessler. In the 2014/15 season he took on Bernardo in a West Side Story production at the Bremerhaven City Theater . In the 2015/16 season he played Bernardo in a West Side Story production at the Wuppertaler Bühnen from December 2015 to January 2016 . From March 2016 to the end of June 2016 he performed at the Ronacher in Vienna as the tango singer Augustín Magaldi in Evita .

During his training, Korneev performed once a month as a jazz and chanson singer in the Munich jazz bar Vogler, where he sang songs in French, Russian, German and Spanish. At an appearance in 2011, he was approached for the film by a caster from Munich-based Bavaria Film , who happened to be in the audience.

In 2013 he stood in front of the film camera for the first time. In Police Call 110: Dawn (first broadcast: August 2014), he played fellow prisoner and Albanian hit man Aleksander Dushku. So far, he has had episode roles in the television series Heiter bis tödlich: Hauptstadtrevier (March 2014; as dance teacher and gigolo Marco Miletic), Dengler (March 2016; as Romanian slave laborer Cosmin) and SOKO Donau (September 2016). In May 2014 he made his debut as a chanson singer at the Deutsches Theater in Munich, where he presented his first studio album entitled “Weitergehn” in a solo program with pianist Liviu Petcu, which was created in collaboration with BR-Klassik . At the end of September 2016 he performed his new chanson program “LIEDÉЯ”, a mixture of French chansons and Russian songs, in the Berlin bar of every reason . For his chanson program he worked with the opera singer Waltraud Meier in advance . In December 2016 Korneev's second solo CD was released, a live recording of his chanson program “LIEDÉЯ” from the Berlin bar every reason. In January 2018 Korneev performed again with his successful program “LIEDÉЯ” in the “Bar every reason”. in April 2018 Korneev will present his new program “LIEBÉИ” with French chansons, Russian romances and German songs.

In 2014/15 Korneev was a guest lecturer for singing at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding . As the successor to Ute Lemper , he will be the new Artist in Residence at the international Kurt Weill Fest 2020 in Dessau .

Korneev lives in Munich, but still maintains an apartment in Vienna. In Vienna, on the recommendation of the soprano Diana Damrau , he became involved in the MigrArt refugee project.
