The constituency of Hannover-Linden is an electoral district for the Lower Saxony state parliament . Since the state elections in 2008 it has included the city of Hanover with the districts of Ahlem , Burg , Hainholz , Herrenhausen , Ledeburg , Leinhausen , Limmer , Linden-Mitte , Linden-Nord , Linden-Süd , Marienwerder , Nordhafen , Stöcken , Vahrenheide , Vinnhorst , Brink- Port .

Landtag constituency 36 Hannover-Linden
After the 2003 election , the state electoral districts in Lower Saxony were redistributed. The previous state electoral district 36 Hannover-Linden was renamed to state electoral district 26 Hannover-Linden, but had a new and larger layout of the city districts. The previous Landtag constituency 33 Hannover-Nordwest has been added, excluding the districts of Isernhagen-Süd , Sahlkamp and the northern part of Bothfeld . The districts of Ahlem and Herrenhausen came from the former state constituency 37 Hannover-Südwest to the state constituency Hannover-Linden. The districts of Ricklingen and Oberricklingen were spun off to form the new state electoral district 27 Hanover-Ricklingen .
