Timmy, Wanda, and Cosmo scare up a big surprise for Vicky. Note that this frame is taken from the opening sequence, as Vicky is unaware of Cosmo & Wanda's existence.

Main characters

  • Timmy Turner (voiced by Mary Kay Bergman (Oh Yeah! Cartoons) and Tara Strong (main series), is a ten year old fifth grade elementary school student. With a few exceptions, he is always seen wearing a pink baseball cap and a pink shirt, which his parents bought because they were expecting a girl. (In real life, pink was used because the cartoonist ran out of sources of blue, which he really wanted.) An odd fact is that Timmy is very smart in finding loopholes in the rules, but is portrayed as stupid during the Jimmy/Timmy Power Hour and even in the regular episodes of the FOP. Example: "I'm trying to find America on this globe but all I can find is USA!!" His first ever wish was for gelatin. They also drew Timmy and Cosmo, slightly differently in a season. Now Timmy and Cosmo have their heads more round than before. He has a major crush on a rich, popular girl named Trixie Tang. Sadly, her friend, Veronica, has a crush on him. It was revealed when Timmy was five, he invented an imaginary cool friend named Gary who was tossed aside when Timmy turned eight.
  • Cosmo and Wanda (voiced by Daran Norris and Susan Blakeslee, respectively), are Timmy's fairy godparents. Cosmo (green) is childish, emotional, easily excited, and exceptionally stupid, while Wanda (pink) is generally more calm and mature. Wanda is portrayed as being naggy when she feels they are getting into trouble. Cosmo also has a girl nickel which he named "Phillip". Cosmo sometimes wished he was married to the Tooth Fairy or Wanda's sister, Blonda, and often does a lot of things to make Wanda angry at him. However, despite their differences, they are very much in love.
  • Vicky (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a teenage girl, who works as a babysitter. She is 16 years old. She enjoys annoying and being mean to the kids she babysits. For this reason, Timmy, who is one of the kids she babysits, intensely dislikes her. She is also obsessed with making money. The only adults who know how mean she is are her parents, who she is equally mean to. She has a sister, Tootie, who she terrorizes as well.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Turner (voiced by Daran Norris and Susan Blakeslee, respectively); appear as Timmy's nameless, somewhat stereotypical, comically dimwitted suburban parents. However, Timmy's mother seems to be a lot more intelligent than her husband. She works as a realtor. Their first names are never given; however, in one time-travel episode it is revealed that "Dad" and "Mom", respectively, were their childhood nicknames (most likely to avoid making actual names for them.) In the pilot episodes of the series (on Oh Yeah! Cartoons), their faces were always just out of shot (similar to the appearances of Ms. Sara Bellum in The PowerPuff Girls and Cow and Chicken's mother and father in Cow and Chicken). Timmy's dad's age was revealed to be 42 on Episode #24, "Odd Jobs", released in January of 2003. In the third Jimmy Timmy Power Hour, their first names were revealed.
  • Chester McBadbat (voiced by Frankie Muniz (2001-2003) and Jason Marsden (since 2003) is a friend of Timmy, a street-savvy schemer and opportunist. One of his most prominent features is his braces, which, despite his state of poverty, are quite technologically advanced. His father, Bucky, is considered to be the worst baseball player ever and has been spotted on the cover of shame magazine and the neighborhood outcast. He and his dad live in a trailer in which they don't have walls for their bathroom, their dishes are paper plates, there is a possum on the rug, and Chester takes baths in the sink. Unlike Timmy and A.J., Chester doesn't like girls at all; they give him the hives. He hates banjos, as revealed in "Fairy Idol"
    • In Gaelic the prefix "Mc" means "son of" this may be intentional to imply he is the son of a terrible batter or has more horrific batters in his genealogy. Or it may only state he is of Gaelic descent.
  • A.J. (voiced by Ibrahim Haneef Muhammad (2001-2002) and Gary LeRoi Gray (since 2002) is another friend of Timmy, a very intelligent autodidact. He's the only one in his class that constantly gets A's on his school work. A.J. has an incredibly advanced laboratory; much like the titular character in Cartoon Network's Dexter's Laboratory, A.J. keeps his lab a secret. With it, he's able to make inventions like a DNA tracker (which Mr. Crocker now has to track fairies) and at least nine or ten clones of himself, one of which is in a pod filled with a liquid in his lab. He is shown in several episodes to have scientific connections with the government. Unlike Chester, A.J. likes girls and is easily smitten when he offers them dead frogs (although he has stated that he is a vegetarian.)
  • Jorgen Von Strangle (voiced by Daran Norris), is a high-ranking Fairy official (possibly the head of Fairy World), the strongest fairy in the universe and commander in chief of all fairies, and apparently likes to scramble them too. He is often seen in charge of many fairy 'operations', including inspection and picking fairy's to host the fairy convention. He is married to the tooth fairy as seen in the episode titled Teeth for Two. Also worth noting is that he is the only regularly appearing male adult human-sized fairy that is seen on the show (Two adult human-sized fairy newscasters appear in "Blondas Have More Fun"). He seems to be an obvious parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger, in both thickly-accented voice and muscular physique. His muscles are his pride and joy, and he frequently inserts mentions of them into everyday conversation (e.g.: "I was taking a muscular bath".)
  • Denzel Q. Crocker (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui), is the somewhat estranged, highly mean-spirited school teacher of the class Timmy is in. He is the only adult in town who believes in Fairy Godparents; as a child, he had fairy godparents of his own, but thanks to a time-travelling Timmy they were taken away. His fairy godparents were Cosmo and Wanda. While his memory of his godparents was erased, he managed to scrawl "Fairy godparents exist" on the back of a fairy detector, before losing his memory. He is therefore strongly suspicious of the amazing things that happen to Timmy, and he was almost successful in discovering about Timmy's godparents (in which case, they'd have to go away for ever). His trademark is having manic wild takes while loudly uttering the phrase "Fairy Godparents!"
  • Francis (voiced by Faith Abrahams), is a large, overly muscular, gray-skinned twelve year-old boy who acts as Dimmsdale Elementary's resident bully. Despite his gruff unintelligent exterior, he's a pretty smart bully, he forces his victims to stand in a line and get pounded on the last day of school. He also schedules appointments for kids to get beat up, he even has a cellular phone if he needs to reschedule. While he seemingly doesn't pick on the girls as bad as the boys, he has no problems picking on adults and bullies them just as bad. Francis mastered karate so well he now teaches it. He has a dad who seems to be an ex-convict and a dog that eats 1st graders. Oddly enough, he is one of super pop diva Britney Britney's biggest fans. (Britney Britney is an obvious parody of Britney Spears.)
  • The Crimson Chin (voiced by Jay Leno), is a superhero appearing in comics and televised entertainment enjoyed by Timmy Turner. He takes the responsibility of protecting the city of Chincinnati, taking the secret identity of Charles Hampton Indigo (C.H.In) for the local newspaper, The Daily Blabbity, which is a parody of the Daily Bugle from Spider-Man. Timmy works as his sidekick, "Cleft, the Boy Chin Wonder". The duo of The Crimson Chin and Cleft seem to be a parody of many superheroes including Superman, Batman and Robin". Even his origin is a parody of Spider-Man as he was bitten by a radioactive actor. Whenever he feels really down, he eats strawberry ice cream and watches a soap opera called All My Parents' Offspring which is a definite parody of the soap opera All My Children. Finally, The Crimson Chin is a parody of Leno himself, who is known for his extremely pronounced chin.

Other magical creatures

  • Mama Cosma (Jane Carr), Cosmo's mother, who dislikes Wanda (or any potential wife of Cosmo with the exception of the female robots she built for him, for that matter) and often tries to plot ways to split them up. They once got along when Mama Cosma was very ill, but she became bitter again the moment she got well.
  • Juandissimo Magnifico (pronounced Wandissimo Magnifico) (Carlos Alazraqui), Remy Buxaplenty's Hispanic fairy godparent and Wanda's old flame. Juandissimo thinks he's sexy (even saying so himself (!) ). Cosmo is always jealous of him, so if Cosmo is being talked into doing something, Juandissimo can be used as 'bait' to make Cosmo listen to Wanda. His shirt rips off every other time he moves, but reappears magically a moment later. Once Remy lost Juandissimo in a magical duel to Timmy (the contest was to turn the godkid into "the most incredible mythical creature ever" Cosmo distracted him and he turned Timmy into the thing he was supposed to turn Remy into). He seems to be a parody of Antonio Banderas.
  • Big Daddy (Tony Sirico), Wanda and Blonda's father. He's the only fairy in Fairy World that can take care of "Stinky Magic". He doesn't like Cosmo and seems to be a spoof of Tony Soprano, a gangster garbage collector.
  • Blonda (Susan Blakeslee), Wanda's identical twin sister who is very famous and stars in the Fairy World TV show All My Biceps, which is a parody of the soap opera "All My Children.” She is blonde, as her name implies. She has been described as Wanda's "identical yet somehow hotter" twin. She is similar to famed soap opera actress Susan Lucci, in which she is the only actress in Fairy World to not win a Zappy Award (a spoof of the Daytime Emmys/Oscars).In Fairy Idol it is revealed that she is not a natural blonde, but her natural hair is a greyish-brown color (though this could simply be because it was wet, its true color is unknown).
  • Binky Abdul (Dee Bradley Baker) a fairy Jorgen poofs to him at random times, just so he can torture him. He had a TV show called Leave it to Binky (also the name of a DC comic that ran from the '40s through the '70s) before "Timmy TV". He is a somewhat sympathetic character, as things usually don't work out for him. His last name was reveled to be Abdul in Fary Idol, although this may be a play on the fact that he held the same position as a judge of Fairy Idol as Paula Abdul holds on American Idol, displaying a temperment similar to hers when judging the contestants. It was also revealed that in Cosmo Con. In The Fairly OddParents universe, Binky was responsible for unintentionally releasing the Black Plague upon Europe.
  • The Pixies (all of them voiced by Ben Stein), are magical creatures similar to fairies, but unlike fairies, they treat magic as if it was a business. The pixies, with the exception of one, the Head Pixie (H.P.), are nearly identical to H.P.'s assistant Sanderson in appearance, donning grey business suits, grey dunce-style caps, and black sunglasses. Their various attempts to take over Fairy World have failed at the hands of Timmy, and they often end up being tortured by Jorgen von Strangle. They love dull and boring yet Sanderson and H.P. rap a lot. The Pixies are possibly inspired by the Agents from The Matrix.
  • The Anti-Fairies are the opposites of all fairies. They cause bad luck and live in Anti-Fairy world. Each one has the opposite personality of their fairy counterpart; for example, Anti-Cosmo is smart, Anti-Jorgen is wimpy, and Anti-Wanda is dumb and "eats with her feets," as she puts it. The real Cosmo actually had to have a transplant in one episode from the Anti-Cosmo. The organ that Cosmo needed was the Fa Giggly Gland; the organ that controls Fairy's ability to change into various objects or beings. The Anti-Cosmo, actually, is at large, having escaped after donating the Fa Giggly Gland to the real Cosmo. In The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide Anti-Cosmo (with a little help from Professor Calamitous) succeeds in freeing his fellow anti-fairies from Fairy World Prison, but he is eventually captured with them in the end. This concept is possibly inspired by the mirror universe of Star Trek, first seen in the Star Trek episode "Mirror, Mirror."
  • Norm the Genie, (Norm MacDonald) a genie (also a jerk) who attempts to get back at Timmy for outsmarting him. Was under Crocker's command for a while. Claims to be fifty thousand years old. Has something against Canada ("They've had it too good for too long," he once said) (This could be a joke on the fact that Norm McDonald was born in Canada). Can't escape from magic lamps, the charms of Barbara Eden and smoof stuff, an extremely abundant substance that the "man", or Denzel Q. Crocker doesn't want you to know. Lives in a lava lamp. Was once shipped to Canada, but didn't get the opportunity to destroy it. Later in Fairy Idol, he gets Cosmo and Wanda to quit being Timmy's godparents, and after winning a singing contest, takes their job temporarily, until outsmarted by Timmy & Chester.
  • Billy Crystalball, an obvious Billy Crystal spoof who hosts various Fairy World TV shows.
  • The Sandman (Jackie Mason), A fairy who controls all sleep wishes and knows all about sleep-fu. In the human world, he goes under the name of the "Mattress King" and sells mattresses and beds that are guaranteed to make you feel rested.
  • Dr. Rip Studwell (Jim Ward, however uncredited), A fairy doctor, and one of the only ones revealed in the show. A parody of the stereotypical soap opera doctor, he insists on being referred to by his full name, and pulls off his glasses to deliver "bad news", while putting them on for "good news". He has a very large ego and enjoys golf. He has worked on Cosmo a number of times, including a transplant switching Cosmo and Anti-Cosmos Fa Giggly Gland. He appears to be modelled after Butch Hartman.
  • Cupid (Tom Kenny), A flamboyant fairy who promotes love throughout our world. He is the commander of an army of fairies who uses weapons that make people fall in love e.g. heart missiles, love guns and the famous bow and arrow. His power actually comes from the love between people here on earth and when Timmy separates men from women (Love Struck), Cupid starts to die. Cupid also presents a Blind Date/Dating Game parody show
  • Carnival Troupe (various voices), A group of fairies (except for the alligator man) disguised as a group of carnival entertainers in the human world. They are there to look after runaway kids until those kids come to their senses and return back home.
  • Imaginary Gary (Jason Marsden) Timmy's imaginary friend, who first appeared in the episode "Imaginary Gary" when Timmy was five. When Timmy turned six, Timmy forgot Gary, and Gary was stored in his mind with the rest of his memories, but later Gary becomes real with a wish (Imaginary Gary). For this reason Gary is constantly trying to exact his revenge on Timmy. He almost succeeded in "Escape from Unwish Island" ,coming back thanks to Cosmo's stupidity of not locking the door to Timmy's mind. In that episode he kidnapped Timmy's friends and parents and took them to Unwish Island, where all Timmy's "cancelled" wishes go. Imaginary Gary acts as a stereotypical "cool" character. Appears to be based, in speech pattern at least on comedian/talk show host Dennis Miller.
  • The April Fool, (Daran Norris) a character that always pulls bad pranks and gets dangerous comedy backup and sent back to Fairyland if his pranks can't be completed. Voiced similarly to Jerry Seinfeld. His catchphrase is "What's up with that?"
  • Mr. Fairy Cowlick, Jr., (Nick Bakay) A suave fairy who sings to Timmy on his fairy-versary. Possibly reminiscent of Frank Sinatra, but most probably named for singer Harry Connick, Jr.
  • Phillip (not voiced in the TV show), is Cosmo's girl nickel. Cosmo is seen sleeping with Phillip and worrying about mentioning "Her" in at least 3 episodes.
  • Gigantic Monster that Won't Go Away Until Timmy Tells the Truth About Chompy. When Timmy set the town goat free, he became guilty and started wishing in his sleep. He wished for a gigantic monster after falling asleep, but when he told the truth, the monster disappeared. The monster reappeared in Necter of the Odds, when Timmy's Dad wished that he didn't have to go to work. The monster appeared and ate his dad's office.
  • Simon. A fairy clearly based on Simon from American Idol, Simon appears in the episode Fairy Idol as one of the judges, alongside Blonda and Binky. Like the real Simon, he is very judgmental, seeming to find none of the performances funny. He also appears to have the ability to resist Cupid's magic arrows, as Cupid shot him and it had no affect on Simon's attitude toward his performance. Due to the unlikelihood of another Fairy Idol contest, it is unlikely he will appear again.
  • Wiry. A fairy that is an obvious reference to William Hung of American Idol. He makes one appearance, in Fairy Idol as the first and worst competitor, but it is unlikely whether he will ever appear again. He sing the Fairly Oddparents Theme, very badly.
  • Witch. Another contestant from Fairy Idol. Her real name is never revealed. She sings the beginning of Over the Rainbow, but is cut off after "the".
  • Lawn Gnomes. A group of three contestants from Fairy Idol. They sing "We're Not Pixies" (an original song). They are probably mistaken with pixies because of their pointy hats.
  • Giant Sphinx. Crocker made a giant sphinx into this in Abra-Catastrophe! to use against Timmy, but Timmy used the Tooth Fairy's magic floss to control it himself. Once Timmy defeated Crocker in that area, the giant sphinx turned back to normal. However, it returned as an unwished wish in Escape From Unwish Island.

Other kids

  • Trixie Tang (Dionne Quan): Timmy's not-so secret crush and the most popular girl at school. Numerous times, Timmy has managed to woo her successfully, but it is almost always undone in some way or another, often before Timmy even finds out he has succeeded. Despite her indifference towards him, it is hinted in the movie Channel Chasers that she and Timmy might eventually get married (Timmy's daughter has Trixie's pink headband but Tootie's glasses). She also has a secret liking for boy's things (e.g., comic books) and thinks dead frogs are cool.
  • Tootie (Grey DeLisle): Vicky's little sister who is obsessed with Timmy. Her bedroom is filled with Timmy pictures and a love shrine to Timmy. The feeling isn't mutual however, as Timmy finds her repulsive and creepy. Timmy did once loan his godparents to her on her birthday to make up for ruining it. She is the other girl that Timmy could end up marrying and raising a family with; who it is entirely up to the viewer's imagination and/or preference. In the episode "Homewrecker" it is revealed that she collects toy fairy wands.
  • Mark Chang the Alien (Rob Paulsen): Crown Prince of the extra-solar planet Yugopotamia (but tells Vicky he's from Europe). He was originally seen when Timmy wished for an alien monster to play with, and neglected to mention he wanted a fake one. On his planet virtually everything horrible is good, and vice versa, and he wound up falling in love with horrible Vicky; he returned in several episodes to try to get her. Later he seems to have dropped his obsession with her and wound up moving to Earth to escape having to marry an alien princess named Mandie (pronounced man-DIE). He speaks with an exaggerated accent, similar to the stereotypical surfer dude, and a tendency to place the emphasis on the wrong syllable in a word. He also has a device that can allow him to turn into a "puny hu-man" kid for disguise. He also celebrates a strange holiday named F.L.A.R.G. in which each letter stands for a daily activity. F for far*ing (I think you know what it is), L is for lying (in which he told Timmy it stood for love), A is for amnesia ( in which an amazing party happened which Timmy can't remember), R is for rancid, or something (in which Mark Chang eats Earth's most delicious foods and does something really gross), and G stands for goodbye(in other words, goodbye host planet not home planet, in which ends up being Fairy World being destroyed). Cosmo blames it on poor Binky Abdul.
  • Remy Buxaplenty (Dee Bradley Baker): a spoiled rich kid who often ruins Timmy's activities, and was Juandissimo's on-and-off godchild. His parents are very reminiscent of the Howells from Gilligan's Island, down to the Jim Backus sound-alike father nad their obsession with money. He has managed to get Juandissimo back, after a long time.
  • Veronica (Grey DeLisle): Trixie's not-quite-so-popular friend who wants to be just like her to the point of obsession. She has a secret crush on Timmy.
  • Tad and Chad (Tara Strong & Grey DeLisle): two popular and rich boys who hang out with Trixie and Veronica. They dress alike and usually wear matching purple suits and sunglasses.
  • Wendell (Gilbert Gottfried): the also-evil son and assistant of Dr. Bender.

Timmy's back-up friends

  • Elmer the Boil Kid (Dee Bradley Baker), is one of Timmy's back-up friends. His boil, Bob, has a mind of its own and is constantly trying to destroy the world for some reason. Bob has some kind of ability to control Elmer's thoughts. Elmer has no real personality of his own and only appears when it is required that Timmy have more than two friends. He has allergies and is a member of the Future Phlegmers of America. His mother (who also has a boil on her face, indicating it may be genetic) seems to be a friend of Timmy's mother, along with AJ and Sanjay's mothers, as they all travel with Mrs. Turner on a women only mountain retreat that they lie to their husbands about. It is also a point of interest that Bob the boil is named after the series' art director Bob Boyle.
  • Sanjay (Dee Bradley Baker), is the least known friend of Timmy. Like Elmer, he is a back-up friend. He loves books, math, and the library, like AJ. Sanjay is rarely seen and his name is hardly ever mentioned. He lives on an army base with his mom and stepdad, who is a disciplined marine, and appears to have a close relationship with his teenaged stepbrother (who seems to be following his father's footsteps in pursuing a military career). His mother, as well as Elmer and AJ's mothers, seem to be friends of Mrs. Turner and travel with her on a women only mountain retreat. Sanjay is of Indian descent.

Other adults

  • The Dinklebergs (Carlos Alazraqui and Lori Alan, later Mrs. Dinkleberg is voiced by Lauren Tom), The Turners' next door neighbors, who seem to be much better off than the Turners. In The Secret Origin Of Denzel Crocker, it was revealed that Sheldon Dinkleberg used to date Mrs. Turner in college, before breaking up with her when he struck it rich ($150,000). Mr. Turner hates the Dinklebergs, uses every opportunity he can to make Dinkleberg miserable, and they often compete over everything from vegetable growing to charades to having the worst lawn. When he ruled Dimmsdale for a day (as Ms. Dimmsdale), he forced Dinkleberg to turn a giant wheel for no apparent reason except to torture him. They have no children (which Mr. Turner cites as the reason for their wealth, as they don't have to spend money on children, while Timmy's parents do) how ever they do have a dog named Dinkledog. Though Mr. Dinkleberg often seems to be gloating to Timmy's father, at other times it seems the Dinklebergs don't realize Mr. Turner hates them.
  • The Mayor (Carlos Alazraqui), The Mayor of Dimmsdale, who is jealous of Chompy the Goat's popularity.
  • Mama Crocker (Carlos Alazraqui), Mr. Crocker's mother who worries over her son's obsession with faries. Crocker is a bit resentful that she was always too busy at her two jobs to spend time with him as a kid. It is revealed in one episode that her first name is Dolores, though it was on a Match.com parody website, so it is unconfirmed.
  • Dr. Bender (Gilbert Gottfried, but it is now Butch Hartman), Timmy's evil dentist.
  • Vicky and Tootie's Parents (Jim Ward and Tara Strong). Her father may or may not be named Vic(tor) (who was a babysitter for Crocker during his childhood, and is just as mean as Vicky). Both are more intimately familiar with their daughter's evil ways than most and live in constant unrelenting fear of her. However, in Homewreckers, when Vicky sees that Timmy ruined her house, she actually becomes worried that her parents would see it like that.
  • The Nega-Chin, The Crimson Chin's arch-enemy (or one of them), who the Chin tells Timmy is, "from an alternate chin-a-verse." This comic book supervillain was accidentally wished once into the real world and was stopped when Timmy's parents became Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad once more. When Timmy then wished for everyone to become comic book superheroes, the Nega Chin took advantage but suffered another defeat in a Trojan War-like storyline.
  • Bucky McBadBat, (Rob Paulsen), Chester's father, the worst baseball player ever. He wants Chester to be a great baseball player, but Chester is equally bad. He permanently wears a paper bag over his head, although he was seen without it in a baseball card. Chester showed Timmy and after Norm granted Chester's wish in Fairy Idol. He lives in a trailer and kids are constently hitting their mailbox with a bat, as though to mock Chester's heritage.
  • A.J.'s Parents, (Kevin Michael Richardson and Grey DeLisle respectively), Like their son, they are very intelligent. Reading math problems is their dessert. Again, like AJ, his dad makes various inventions, though neither he nor AJ's mom know about AJ's lab.
  • Elmer's Parents, Rarely seen, they closely resemble their son including glasses and boils.
  • Sanjay's Stepdad and Mom, (Dee Bradley Baker and Grey DeLisle respectively), Sanjay's Mom has an accent like her son. Sanjay's stepdad is a disciplined marine who makes his stepson get up at 5:00 am to do push-ups. Sanjay doesn't seem to mind this though. He also has trouble with math, using the excuse that he's not AJ's dad.
  • Grandpa Pappy, Timmy's paternal grandfather (father's father). He and Timmy have adventures in a 1930s-era cartoon that draws heavilly from classic Disney cartoons and Popeye after Pappy asserts their superiority over modern cartoons (after he and Timmy watch an obvious Captain Planet parody). After telling Timmy's parents that they did they assumed he was crazy and told Timmy they would never see him again leading to them dancing by "wiggling their fingers".
  • Patch (voiced by Tara Strong) A wise, sensible brown 50-year-old rabbit-koala hybrid with a strong resemblance to Timmy Turner with light brown running from chest down to his stomach, dark green eyes, a short stubby nose, but with wide nostrils, large ears sticking by the sides of his head, bigger teeth, a pouffy tail and a fast, straight-talking voice. He loves fruit and vegetables, Wenslydale and Stinking Bishop cheese. He is not stupid, but is intelligent and clever as of his cuteness. He was born in 1956 when morphed together.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Buxaplenty (voiced by Daran Norris and Susan Blakeslee, respectively), Remy's as-of-yet-unnamed parents. In spite of their Richie Rich-esque wealth, they ignore him in a similar fashion. They are quite similar to Mr. and Mrs. Turner in the pilot episodes of the series on Oh Yeah! Cartoons, considering that you never see their faces.
  • King Gripullon and Queen Jipjorulac: Mark Chang's parents and supreme rulers of the planet Yugopotamia. While in disguise on Earth for the first time, they introduced themselves as Mr. and Mrs. Chang, though Gripullon appeared to choosing a surname at random.

Other school staff

  • Principal Geraldine Waxelplax (Grey DeLisle), the principal of Timmy's school, who has a very pronounced Minnesota accent, and a one-time love interest of Denzel Q. Crocker before, but not cake (she's frosting intolerant). Born in 1950's or 1960's.
  • Mr. Bickles (Jim Ward), an effeminite drama teacher who gets a new lifelong dream about every week, though his dream is usually ruined by Timmy. He briefly became the Handkerchief after his magician episode failed, but gave up on that when Timmy (as the Masked Magician) apologised for ruining his magician act. He seems to have feelings for actors Ryan McCain and Kevin Costner.
  • Mr. Birkenbake (Rob Paulsen), the editor of the newspaper at Timmy's school, he's also a hippie that lives inside of his van. He owns many items related to something called smoof (set up to be an obvious reference to hemp, in that it has many practical uses but is illegal. Although the series never states specifically why it is illegal, only that the "man" doesn't want people to know about it, it's heavily implied that, like hemp, it has alternative narcotic properties). He considers Mr. Crocker a "puppet of the man" and the two don't get along well.
  • Bouncer (Butch Hartman), a bouncer for the cool kids at Timmy's school. He has a chart to explain the system of popular kids (Tad, Chad, Veronica and Trixie) and unpopular kids (basically every other kid, including Timmy).

Celebrities

  • Chet Ubetcha (1960 or 1970's- ) (Jim Ward), Dimmsdale's (vertically-challenged) news anchorman. In one time-travelling episode it is revealed he is so short because of radiation from a 1980's mobile phone. His three known relatives are his mother, Nanette (The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker), his daughter, Yvette (School's Out!), and his grandfather, Chester (The Good Ol' Days).
  • Chip Skylark (1980's- ) (Chris Kirkpatrick), resident musical heartthrob, who is famous for his incredibly shiny teeth. He may be a parody of Justin Timberlake (who was in NSYNC with Kirkpatrick). Briefly involved with Vicky; made the relationship famous in a song called "Icky Vicky". It is revealed in one episode that his full name is Chip Skylark III, and he is the grandson of Chippington Skylark (who had his own version of "Icky Vicky"). He is also famous for his two other hit songs, "My Shiny Teeth and Me" and "Find Your Voice".
  • Britney Britney (1981- )Tara Strong), resident pop diva, born on December 2, 1981. She is a parody of Britney Spears. She was four-times Celebrity Star-Search winner when she was still a fetus. Strangley in 'This is Your Wish' she can be seen with a crown and wings in a picture that is on display in a fairy world restaurant called the Pointy Crown, could she be a fairy? In one episode, she appears to be in a relationship with the Crimson Chin, believing him to be Adam West, who was to play him in the Crimson Chin movie, and not the real Crimson Chin, who ended up playing himself when Timmy wished him into his world again to stop one of his enemies from ruining the movie and his reputation. He is her date to the Crimson Chin movie premier. She became evil one time after Mr. Bickles literally kicks her out of her stadium at Las Vegas to perform a magic show, she called herself The Platinum Princess.
  • Doug Dimmadome (????- ), (Jim Ward) owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome, the local telecommunications magnate and sports team owner (the Dimmsdale Ballhogs basketball team). Seems to be a stereotypical corrupt businessman, or a parody of Ted Turner, and has had a great many schemes (or deals) foiled by Timmy. He is apparently very intelligent, because in "Moooooving Day," he creates genetically modified milk. Doug talks in a southern accent, and owns the Dimmsdale Dimmadome and Dimmadome Acres (a planned community). He wears a ten-gallon hat in which its height varies throughout the episodes. A series running gag is that whenever he introduces himself, he says that he is Doug Dimmadome, to which all who are present ask, "Doug Dimmadome!?" He then replies with, "That's right! Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome."
Adam West, Catman
  • Adam West (1960 or 1970's- ) (himself), an actor who has taken the identity of his most famous character, Catman, as well as the Crimson Chin while filming the "Crimson Chin Movie." The character is a tribute to West's role as Batman. The character Catman is, coincidentally or not, an old villain in the Batman comics (not anymore). Teamed up with The Crimson Chin after he took over as resident superhero of Chincinatti. This version of West has the same personality that he has in Family Guy. (However, unlike his Family Guy incarnation, it appears that in Fairly OddParents Adam West does, in fact, play himself as an actor, whereas in Family Guy he plays a man with coincidently the same name and same voice, but is not, in fact, the actor.) Also has a mansion conveniently located in Dimmsdale (The Stately West Manor). He has had a crush on Timmy's dad ever since he became Ms. Dimmsdale, although this is because he thought he was a woman.

Minor villains

  • Super Bike, a talking bike with a human upper area. He is completely indestructible. He doesn't like Timmy to ride other bikes, or do anything other than riding him. He is able to hypnotize Timmy and turn into a red, fire-breathing dragon. His one weakness is getting taken apart, then all the broken off pieces are regular and vulnerable.
  • The Big Brain is a giant brain that planned to take over the world by brainwashing all the robots, including Cosmo and Wanda (who Timmy wished into robots). Was defeated after Timmy gave him brain freeze. His only appearance is Future Lost.
  • The Bronze Kneecap is one of the Crimson Chin's arch-enemies. He was originally the third-best Jai Alai player on the "South Shore", but after suffering a broken kneecap in a humiliating loss to the Chin during a celebrity Jai Alai match, he melted down all of his bronze third place trophies, created a bronze exo-suit and began a life of crime.
  • Dark Laser is sort of a parody of Star Wars character Darth Vader that comes from a magic copier that scanned a magazine after Timmy accidentally pressed the "life-size" button. His beloved toy companion is Flipsy, a toy flipping dog that also came from the copier at regular size.
  • Pumpkinator is a villain from the Halloween special that appeared after Timmy wished that all the costumes made him and all the other characters into the real monsters. Tad, Chad, Trixie, and Veronica won Jack-O-Bot costumes in a contest by bribing the judges and formed this monster after they became real. He is able to turn into a pumpkin bomb that can destroy the world. This is the only know villain to have beaten Crash Nebula in his shows' special.
  • Gigglepies are similar to Care Bears and talk in rhymes. Their evil plan is to travel from planet to planet, taking over planets by hypnotizing them with their cuteness and after they sell their merchandise, they blow it up and go to the next one. However, they are also content with the population fearing them (Yugopotamia for example). They are defeated after the Yugopotamians eat them after Cosmo ate one and spit it out, noting it tastes like manure, a rare delacacy on their planet.
  • Super Toilet is a giant toilet Timmy wished for mentioned in several episodes, but has little significance. This is usually mentioned to Cosmo, which scares him from bad clogging memories. He is actually seen in the episodes Super Bike and Escape From Unwish Island.

Animals

  • Doidle, Vicky's pet dog. Almost as ferocious as Vicky herself.
  • Dinkledog, The Dinklebergs' dog. Only mentioned in Channel Chasers twice, and seen in Pipe Down, with Mr. Turner given the transformed charades trophy for him to chew on.
  • Chompy, Dimmsdale's mascot goat, who was once "stolen" by Timmy.
  • Mrs. Chompy, Married to Chompy
  • Chompy Jr., Mrs. Chompy and Chompy's son
  • Girl Chompy, Chompy and Mrs. Chompy's daughter.
  • Carl, The ant in "Sleep Over and Over."
  • Cindy, The bee in "Sleep Over and Over."
  • Jimmy, The cat in "Sleep Over and Over."
    • Interesting note: All of Cosmo's pet/friends from "Sleep Over and Over" are also Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius characters' names.

One-shot characters that result from wishes

  • Ricky (1980's- ) - Vicky's one-time boyfriend, as wished up by Timmy to distract her from torturing him. Unfortunately, Ricky is as cruel as Vicky is, and tormenting Timmy becomes a favorite date for them. But it turns out that Ricky is as shallow and greedy as Vicky, perhaps moreso (he is only pretending to be in love with her to get her money), so to once again circumvent the "cannot interfere with true love" rule, Timmy arranges for Ricky to marry a rich supermodel online...who turns out to be Mrs. Crocker, Mr. Crocker's mother. Ricky was last seen being dragged off, kicking and screaming, by his new bride. (Episode: Odd Couple.)
  • Sophia Turner - In the episode It's a Wishful Life, after Timmy wishes he'd never been born, he is shown how things are in a world without him in a parody of It's a Wonderful Life, however, unlike the protaganist in that movie, he discovers everyone's life is much better without him. When he looks in on his parents, they are fabulously wealthy thanks to their daughter Sophia, a female version of Timmy (similar to his female form in The Boy Who Would Be Queen) who is fantastically talented in every way, shape, and form. Although Sophia herself is never shown, there is large painting of her over the fireplace and Timmy's parents proceed to list her accomplishments. This may tie into the fact that Timmy's parents wanted a girl before he was born.
  • Tommy Turner - When Timmy comes to the conclusion that his life would be easier if he had a big brother in the episode Oh, Brother (namely after seeing Sanjay's relationship with his teenage stepbrother), he wishes that he, too, had a perfect older brother. But Tommy is too perfect, as it turns out: he's a doctor, an accomplished singer, and has served time in an organization similar to the Peace Corps working in the country of Tibequedor (which Timmy made up and wished was real to account for his brother's whereabouts all this time, even to his parents). But, like all of Timmy's wishes, Tommy backfires when he convinces their parents that Timmy could benefit from doing some volunteer work in Tibequedor as well. Timmy finds out he can't wish Tommy away as Tootie has transferred her affections for Timmy to him, and as magic can't interfere with true love, Timmy has to once again endear himself to Tootie and turn her against Tommy so he can wish his brother away. Also, upon realizing that she has an eighteen year old son, Mrs. Turner begins to rapidly age in response to feeling old. It seems that as of the end of this episode Tommy still exists, however: when Timmy wishes him away, he ends up back in Tibequedor, being the sickeningly perfect big brother figure to an island version of Timmy. Interestingly, when Tommy first appeared, the magical puff of smoke came with the name Wally Cleaver, the name of the older brother of the title character in Leave it to Beaver.
