The Adventure of the Seas is a cruise ship owned by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. , operated by Royal Caribbean International . With a length of 311.1 m it is one of the larger cruise ships. The Adventure of the Seas belongs to the Voyager class and has four sister ships . She sails under the flag of the Bahamas . Its maiden voyage began on November 18, 2001 in San Juan , Puerto Rico .

She has been traveling in the Mediterranean in the summer since 2010 , and continues to sail the Caribbean in the winter . In 2013, Southampton should be their port of departure.
