The Training Command ( AusbKdo ) is a command authority in the army and since its formation on 1 April 2013, the north of Leipzig in the General Olbricht barracks stationed.

The training command is responsible for the specialist task of training in the army and is in charge of all training facilities in the army , i.e. the schools, training centers (formerly military schools) of the army and the central training facilities of the army in the Bundeswehr . For this purpose, the training command is responsible for the course-related individual training, the troop training, the armed forces or joint armed forces training in the army and the preparatory training at the central training facilities.

history

The training command was reorganized as part of the realignment of the Bundeswehr on July 1, 2013 in the General Olbricht barracks in Leipzig named after Friedrich Olbricht . At the same time, the Army Office was subordinate to him.
