Bernd Woide

Bernd Woide (* 14. July 1962 ) is a German politician of the CDU since 2006 District Administrator of the district Fulda .

Life

Bernd Woide graduated from secondary school in 1979 and completed vocational training as an administrative clerk by 1981. He then attended a technical college for administration and justice until 1982. After completing basic military service, in 1983 he began a second training course for senior general administrative service in local government with a degree and a career examination at an administrative college. He then began studying law in 1986 and passed the first state examination in 1992. Until his second state examination in law, he completed the legal preparatory service at the University of Administrative Sciences Speyer for three years .

After passing the second state examination in 1995, Woide became an alderman for the city of Schmalkalden . In 1999 he became mayor of Fulda . After Alois Rhiel became the Hessian Minister of Economic Affairs and Gerhard Möller became Lord Mayor of Fulda, Woide Möller succeeded him as first district member of the Fulda district . In October 2005, Woide was elected by a large majority to succeed Friedrich Kramer as District Administrator.

Bernd Woide is married and has two children. Since his studies he has been a member of the Catholic student union K.St.V. Winfridia Göttingen .
