William "Bill" Camp (born October 13, 1961 in Massachusetts ) is an American actor . He gained fame primarily through the role of Dennis Box from the miniseries The Night Of , which earned him, among other things, a nomination for an Emmy Award .

life and career

Bill Camp comes from the US state of Massachusetts and began his acting career in the theater, where he is very active to this day, even before he was seen in film and television. At the theater he has appeared in plays such as Heartbreak House , Death of a Salesman, and Witch Hunt . For the latter, he received a 2016 Tony Award nomination in the Best Actor category and won a Drama Desk Award in the same category .
