Bjørn Kalsø
Bjørn Kalsø (born March 23, 1966 in Klaksvík , Faroe Islands ) is a Faroese Unionist politician ( Sambandsflokkurin ). Since 2011 he has been Minister for Education, Research and Culture in the state government of the Faroe Islands .
Bjørn Kalsø is the son of Sólmay and Steffan Kalsø. He is married to Hennibeth Olsen, with whom he has three children, Steffan, Sørmundur and Símun. The family lives in Syðradalur on Kalsoy .
Kalsø is a trained bricklayer and teacher. He also worked as a farmer and was mayor of the Húsar municipality from 1997-2004 . From February 25, 2004 to February 4, 2008 he was Minister of Fisheries in the Eidesgaard I cabinet .

Joen Magnus Rasmussen was her representative for one month in October 2015. Annika Olsen was an independent MP until the beginning of February 2016. Since then she has been a member of the Fólkaflokkurin again.
