The mixtape was released on August 5th, 2011 and is only available as a download. It mainly served the promotion of Brown's fifth studio album Fortune , which is to be released in March 2012. The song Strip with Kevin McCall , which is featured on this mixtape, served as the first single from this album.

The mixtape got good reviews. Trent Fitzgerald , for example, called it "phenomenal". One could easily get the idea that Brown is actually a rapper. Jada Gomez-Lacayo, a reviewer of an Internet website, wrote that with this mixtape Brown "clearly proves to be the black sheep of pop music". Surprisingly, he would have done the rapping reasonably well. In addition, she was of the opinion that Brown tried with his publication to represent a "danger" in all three categories (singer, rapper, actor). Aside from the lack of content, it can be said that it's not that bad at all.
