The residential building Brucknerallee 175 is located in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built around 1930. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. B 029 on September 24, 1985 .

architecture

The property is a simple two-storey brick terraced house with two window axes and a saddle roof . The high basement plinth is used to accommodate a garage . The front garden area and the slightly lowered garage driveway are enclosed by low enclosing walls.

The in ornamental association walled brickwork of the facade is divided in the base area by horizontal bands. The wide, slate - covered dormer in the roof zone has two rectangular window openings . The terraced house is an indispensable part of assembly no. 167-179.
