The Bundestag constituency Rostock - District Rostock II (constituency 14) is a constituency in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the elections to the German Bundestag . Up to and including the federal election in 2009 it was called the Rostock constituency .
Constituency division
In 1990 , 1994 and 1998 the Rostock constituency had constituency number 265 and only included the area of the independent city of Rostock . In 2002 it was renamed constituency 14. In the course of a redesign of the constituencies before the federal election in 2005, the constituency area was enlarged to include parts of the Bad Doberan district . Since then it has included the city of Rostock and, from the Rostock district, the municipalities Graal-Müritz and Sanitz, as well as the offices of Carbäk , Rostocker Heide and Ticino . For the 2013 federal election , the constituency was expanded to include more municipalities in the Rostock district, namely Dummerstorf , the Schwaan office and the Warnow-West office , and renamed Rostock - Rostock II district .
