The castle Malterdingen is an Outbound Spur castle on a 235  m above sea level. NN high spur in the "Burg" corridor area 1000 meters southwest of the center of the municipality of Malterdingen in the Emmendingen district in Baden-Württemberg . The neck moat has been preserved from the former castle, which was built in the 12th century .
