investment
It is probably from Carolingian or Ottonian times. It is a shield-shaped hill fort with a pointed moat and formerly a rampart supported by mortar walls. It is located west of Goddelsheim above the Aartal .
At the end of the 19th century the facility is described as follows: “Not far from Medebach to Corbach in the Waldeckchen there is a castle ring which, at a height of 6-8 m, encloses an area of 14 acres in which 2 well-like depressions, old drinking troughs, can be found . "
