Charles Z. Platt
Charles Zephaniah Platt ( July 22, 1773 , † after 1817) was an American politician ( Federalist Party ). He represented Oneida County in the New York State Assembly between 1806 and 1807 . Then he was from 1813 to 1817 Treasurer of New York .

Charles Z. Platt was the son of Zephaniah Platt (1735-1807), a lawyer and politician, and brother of Jonas Platt , a congressman. His nephew, who was also called Zephaniah Platt (1796–1871), was an Attorney General in Michigan for several years and a District Judge in South Carolina after the American Civil War . On October 4, 1803, Charles Z. Platt married Sarah Bleecker in the Dutch Reformed Church in Albany . The couple had six children together.
