Dahlhausen is a district of the city of Hennef (Sieg) in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia. The name corresponds to the high German Talhausen .

The hamlet is located at a height of 130 to 153 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Westerwald in the valley of the Hanfbach . Neighboring towns are Büllesbach in the northeast, Hanf in the south, Wellesberg in the west and Zumhof in the northwest.

According to statistics from 1885, 62 residents lived in 12 houses in Dahlhausen at that time.
In 1892 Dahlhausen received a station on the Hennef– Asbach line on the Bröltalbahn . Passenger traffic on this route was discontinued in 1956.
In 1910 in Dahlhausen there were the households of road worker Jakob Assenmacher, farm worker Peter Bellinghausen, trader Peter Büsch, road worker Heinrich Dahlhausen, road worker Karl Samuel Hotel, wheelwright Hilger Kaufmann, farm worker Anton, Jakob and Johann Klein, farm worker widow Johann Klein, station assistant Johann Krämer, Farmer widow Peter Limbach and farmer Heinrich Miebach.
Until August 1, 1969, the village of Dahlhausen belonged to the municipality of Uckerath . As part of the municipal reorganization of the Bonn area , Uckerath, and thus also the place Dahlhausen, was assigned to the then new non-official municipality "Hennef (Sieg)".
