The Hessen Football League in 1993/94 was the sixteenth season of the highest amateur class of the Hessian Football Association . The champions were FSV Frankfurt , which also achieved promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga . A relegation to the regional league did not take place at the end of the season, but SV Wiesbaden withdrew from play for the following season.
For the following season 1994/55 a comprehensive league reform took place. A four-track new regional league was set up on the third league level , with Hesse falling into the area of the Regionalliga Süd . The Oberliga Hessen became fourth class from the 1994/95 season.

Promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga
The FSV Frankfurt took first place in group 2 of the subsequent promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga and thus rose to the 2nd Bundesliga.
Qualification for the Regionalliga Süd
The Oberliga Hessen received six starting places in the new Regionalliga Süd. A three-year evaluation was used as the admission criterion, according to which the 1991/92 season counted single, 1992/93 double and 1993/94 triple. The ascenders to the regional league identified in this way were Kickers Offenbach , SV Wehen , SG Egelsbach , Rot-Weiss Frankfurt , FC Hessen Kassel and Darmstadt 98 .
German amateur championship
Kickers Offenbach took part as Hessian representative in the German amateur championship in 1994 , won the preliminary round group south and lost the final at home in Bieberer Berg against Preußen Münster with 0: 1.
