The 1993/94 season of the Oberliga was the 20th and last season of the Oberliga as the third highest division in football in Germany after the introduction of the double-track - later single-track - 2nd Bundesliga for the 1974/75 season.
The Oberliga Nord was last played as a single-track league until the 2004/05 season, and the Oberliga Nordost was last played as a three-track league.
