The football Oberliga Westfalen 1993/94 was the 16th season of the Oberliga Westfalen . The championship was secured for the first time by TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus with a nine point lead over Preußen Münster . The two parent clubs of Paderborn, 1. FC Paderborn and TuS Schloß-Neuhaus were champions in 1981 and 1982 respectively . In the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga , the Paderborn team took third place in Group 3 and thus missed promotion. Runner-up Münster qualified for the amateur championship and won the northern group. In the final, the Prussians won against Kickers Offenbach 1-0 and became German amateur champions.

For the 1994/95 season , the regional league was reintroduced. From Westphalia, TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus , Preußen Münster , Arminia Bielefeld , SpVgg Erkenschwick , SC Verl and the amateurs of SG Wattenscheid 09 qualified . The relegation ranks were occupied by TSG Dülmen and SpVg Marl . Rot-Weiss Lüdenscheid , Hasper SV , Sportfreunde Siegen , SuS Stadtlohn , Rot-Weiß Lennestadt , Hammer SpVg , VfB Hüls and Blau-Weiß Wewer rose from the association league .
