Hüttenermühle is located in the south of Marienheide in the Leppe valley . Neighboring towns are Jedinghagen , hut , under Erlinghagen and to Gummersbach belonging location paths Scheid .

history

In the Prussian first recording from 1840, a mill symbol is recorded at the Hüttenermühle location. This mill, which gives the place its name, was an oil and grain mill with a turnery on the Leppe. The building has been preserved from the presumably very old grinding mill without the water-technical facilities.

From 1897 to 1949, the meter-gauge small railway line from Engelskirchen to Marienheide passed Hüttenermühle.
