International Opera Awards 2019

The International Opera Awards 2019 marked the seventh presentation of the International Opera Awards . The nominations were announced on January 29, 2019, and the award ceremony took place on April 29, 2019 at Sadler's Wells Theater in London . Most of the nominations, in a total of four categories (choir, new production, orchestra and world premiere), went to the Royal Opera House , followed by the Opéra National de Lyon with nominations in three categories (choir, education and effect, and world premiere).
