Debrah Scarlett (born July 20, 1993 in Basel ; actually Joanna Deborah Bussinger ) is a Norwegian - Swiss singer . She represented Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 together with the singer Mørland .

Scarlett was born in Basel, but spent her elementary school in Nittedal , Akershus in Norway . The rest of her childhood and youth she lived again in Basel, where she also attended the school for design . In 2013 she took part in the talent show The Voice - Norges Beste stemme , the Norwegian edition of The Voice . In autumn 2014 she moved to Oslo .

On March 14, 2015, she and the singer Mørland won the Melodi Grand Prix , the Norwegian preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna , Austria . There the duo represented Norway with the title A Monster Like Me (German: A Monster Like Me). They achieved eighth place with 102 points.
