Karin Heine (* 1944 ) is a German actress and theater director .

Life

Karin Heine received her acting training from 1964 to 1967 at the Schauspiel-Studio Frese (head: Hildburg Frese ) in Hamburg .

This was followed by permanent engagements at the Thalia Theater Hamburg (1967–1968), at the Badische Landesbühne Bruchsal (1968–1970), at the Stadttheater Ingolstadt (1970–1971) and at the stages of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck (1971–1973). Subsequently, Heine worked mainly as a guest actress and with piece contracts at various theaters. She initially appeared mainly on stages in northern Germany, such as the Hamburg Operettenhaus (1973), the Theater im Zimmer in Hamburg (1974), the Hamburger Kammerspiele (1974, 1977-1979), the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landestheater (1975-1976) and at the St. Pauli Theater (1978–1979).

In 1980 Karin Heine appeared as Dorine in Tartuffe at the Schloss Maßbach Theater . In 1982 she made guest appearances at the Westfälische Kammerspiele Paderborn as Checca in scandal in Chioggia by Carlo Goldoni . In 1984/85 she appeared at the Operettenhaus Hamburg as the animation girl Margot in the musical Große Freiheit No. 7 . From 1984 she played regularly at the Saarland State Theater Saarbrücken , including as Marquise de Merteuil in Quartet (1984) and as Lady in Orpheus descends from Tennessee Williams (1987).

She had other engagements at the Hamburg Theater am Holstenwall (1985/86), at the Hamburger Kammerspiele (1988, as Miep Gies in The Diary of Anne Frank ) and at the stages of the city of Lübeck (1988, as a locksmith's wife in Der Revisor ).

Between 1991 and 1996 she was seen in several productions at the Stadttheater Lüneburg , where she also directed several productions. At the Lüneburg Theater she played a. a. Katharina in The Taming of the Shrew (1992, director: Jan Aust ), the Elbe in Draußen vor der Tür (1995, director: Neidhard Nordmann) and Frau Brigitte in Der zerbrochne Krug (1996, director: Jan Aust).

In 1974 Heine appeared in The Legacy of the Inka at the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg , was on tour with the Euro-Studio Landgraf (1976/77 season) and also played in several productions of the Hamburg theater for children . As a director she was u. a. at the comedy Winterhuder Fährhaus , at the Altona Theater , at the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater and at the Tecklenburg open-air theater.

In the 1999/2000 theater season she was together with the comedian Frank Schröder in the tabloid comedy The key is in the tree, Honey! , a production of the Hermes Theater Gastspiele from Essen , on tour.

Heine has worked in numerous television productions and in some movies since the 1970s. She had episode roles in numerous television series, mostly produced in Hamburg, such as Großstadtrevier , Die Kinder vom Alstertal , Notruf Hafenkante and Die Pfefferkörner . In the movie Little Goat, stubborn Bock (2015) she was the mother of Wotan Wilke Mohring to see (Jacob), posing as Elvis Presley - impersonator holds with odd jobs.

Heine also worked as a radio play speaker. She lives in Hamburg.
