The Kia Picanto , also Kia Morning ( Hangeul : 기아 모닝), is a five-door, in the second generation also three-door, four-seater ( five -seater in the import version ) small car with hatchback from the South Korean automaker KIA Motors .

The introduction in Germany took place in April 2004. The model name in Korea is Morning (der Morgen).

Registration numbers

Since the market launch in 2004 up to and including December 2019, 148,432 Picanto have been newly registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. With 17,735 units, 2005 was the most successful sales year.
