The church district Bramsche is a church district within the Evangelical Lutheran Regional Church of Hanover . It belongs to the district of Osnabrück . For Kirchenkreis Bramsche include about 66,000 church members in 26 congregations . The seat of the church district is Bramsche . The current superintendent is Hans-Georg Hentschel, who was introduced to his new office on October 16, 2011. On January 1, 2013, the parishes of Arenshorst, Bad Essen, Barkhausen-Rabber, Bohmte, Hunteburg, Lintorf, Ostercappeln and Venne from the Melle parish were incorporated into the Bramsche parish. The church district is the first nationwide with its own media service, which is part of the Ev. Youth is located and takes over the press and public relations for the church district.
