Kurenbach is a district of the city of Hennef (Sieg) in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia . The former lead and zinc mine Silistria also belonged to Kurenbach .

history
In 1910 there were the following households in Kurenbach: Peasant widow Georg Daas, pensioner Wilhelm Daas, factory worker and farm worker Anton Kader, farm worker Peter Kader, factory fitter Peter Josef Limbach, road worker August Wagner and track builder Wilhelm Witt. The quarry worker Philipp Weber is listed for the former Silistria mine.
Until 1934 Kurenbach belonged to the Geistingen community .
