The 2014/15 season was the 22nd season of the French Ligue Nationale de Basket Pro A , the top division in the French men's basketball club . It was the 93rd championship in French men's basketball and the 28th championship since the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB) was founded . The main round started on September 26, 2014 and ended on May 16, 2015 with the 34th and final game day. The play-off final round for the championship lasted until June 2015.
Limoges CSP started the season as defending champion , which also competed in the ULEB Euroleague 2014/15 . In the Eurocup 2014/15 the league was represented by runners-up Strasbourg IG , the former semi-finalists JDA Dijon and SLUC Nancy Basket , as well as Paris-Levallois Basket and ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne .
The promoters for the 2014/15 season were Stade Olympique Maritime Boulonnais and JL Bourg-en-Bresse . Since the league was expanded from 16 to 18 teams, two wild cards were also given to the SPO Rouen Basket and Champagne Châlons Reims Basket teams .
French champions became Limoges CSP , who prevailed in the final series against Strasbourg IG with 3-1 victories. For Limoges it was the eleventh championship win.
