Larry Bell

Larry Bell (* 1939 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American minimalist artist . Alongside James Turrell , Robert Irwin and John McCracken, he is one of the main representatives of the so-called West Coast minimalists. He lives and works in Taos , New Mexico and Venice Beach , Los Angeles (USA). In 1968 he took part in the 4th documenta in Kassel in the painting department .
