The list of United States Ambassadors to Spain provides an overview of the heads of the US diplomatic mission in Spain from the establishment of diplomatic relations to the present day. Since 1998 the ambassador in Madrid has also been accredited in Andorra .

From 1825 the title of United States Ambassador to Spain was Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary . As of August 1913, the title of Head of Mission was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary .
