* Fördewald hiking trail | Public path along the Red Castle with the Flensburg-Mürwik naval hospital . It allows a view into the lower Osbectal . The foot and bike path begins on Fördestraße and ends on the edge of Sonwik . The path was opened to the public at the end of 2011. Previously, the area in question was in the restricted area of the Flensburg-Mürwik base . In the same year, the path was given the official name " Im Osbekgrund ", which, however, was apparently only known to a few. The name "Fördewald-Wanderweg" can be found on leaflets with maps that are distributed by the Mürwik Naval School (for example, on Bundeswehr Day on June 13, 2015 or Open House on September 13, 2015) (on the edge of Ziegeleistraße is the Sonwiker Fördewald .) |
