Lugagnano Val d'Arda (colloquially just Lugagnano ) is a northern Italian community ( comune ) with 3889 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Piacenza in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 27.5 kilometers southeast of Piacenza on the Arda and is part of the Comunità Montana valli del Nure e dell'Arda .
