Bettola is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 2685 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Piacenza in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 33 kilometers south-southwest of Piacenza am Nure and is part of the Comunità Montana valli del Nure e dell'Arda .

traffic

The former Strada Statale 654 di Val Nure (today: Provincial Road) runs through the municipality from Piacenza to Rezzoaglio . The former station, a terminus on the Piacenza – Bettola line, was closed in 1967 with the line.
