Cerignale is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 120 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Piacenza in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 50.5 kilometers southwest of Piacenza , belongs to the Comunità Montana Appennino Piacentino and borders directly on the province of Pavia . The north-western border forms the Trebbia , the northeast its tributary Aveto .
