The Main Event of the 1994 World Series of Poker was the main event of the 25th staging of the Poker World Championship in Las Vegas .

Tournament structure

The main tournament of the World Series of Poker in No Limit Hold'em started on May 6th and ended with the final table on May 10th 1994. The tournament was held at Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas . The total of 268 participants had to pay a buy-in of US $ 10,000 each, and there were 27 paid places for them. Best woman was Barbara Samuelson , who finished tenth for around $ 25,000.
