The Main Event of the World Series of Poker in 1993 was the main event of the 24th event of the poker world championship in Las Vegas .

Tournament structure

The main tournament of the World Series of Poker in No Limit Hold'em started on May 10th and ended with the final table on May 14th, 1993. The tournament was held at Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas . The total of 220 participants had to pay a buy-in of US $ 10,000 each, and there were 27 paid places for them. Best woman was Marsha Wagoner , who finished 19th for $ 12,000.
