NGC 5572 is a 14.3 likes bright spiral radio galaxy from the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Bootes . It is estimated to be 336 million light years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Édouard Stephan on May 13, 1883 .
