NGC 6190 is a 12.5 likes bright spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Dragon at the northern sky , an estimated 158 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center.
The object was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on October 30, 1883 .
