Nasar Firman ( Ukr. Назар Фірман , the World Chess Federation FIDE Nazar Firman * 22. March 1983 in Lviv ) is a Ukrainian chess master .

Life

Firman won or occupied top places in several tournaments: 1st place at the Ukrainian U-18 junior championship in Dnipropetrovsk (2000), 1st place at the junior tournament in Biel (2001), 1st place at the Ukrainian U-20 junior championship in Lviv ( 2003), 1st place at the Ave Kontakt Cup tournament in Olomouc (2006) and 1st place at the tournament in Chmelnyzkyj (2008). Firman won the U18 European Team Championship with the Ukrainian youth team in 2001. Firman has held the title of Grandmaster since 2011 , and he achieved the standards for this in Cappelle-la-Grande 2006 with over-fulfillment, in the German Bundesliga season 2007/08 , also with over-fulfillment, and at the Podillya tournament in 2008 in Khmelnyzkyj .

In the Ukrainian team championship Firman played in 2000 at Mriya Grandmaster School Kiev , 2001 and from 2007 to 2013 at Law Academy Charkiw , in 2002 for Carpathia-Galicia-1 Lviv , with whom he also took part in the European Club Cup in the same year , from 2004 to 2006 for the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and in 2014 for Absolyut Ternopil . He became the Ukrainian team champion in 2006, 2012, 2013 and 2014. In Germany, Firman has been playing for Sportfreunde Katernberg since 2006 , initially in the 1st Bundesliga and since 2015 in the 2nd Bundesliga .
