Open Beatz is an open-air festival of electronic music that has been taking place since 2009, first in the Bavarian town of Wilhermsdorf near Fürth and from 2012 in Herzogenaurach and is organized by the Open Beatz Festival GmbH. It takes place at a pond near Puschendorf.

2010
In 2010 the 2nd festival took place on July 24th. in the municipality of Markt Wilhermsdorf. There were: Global Deejays, Brooklyn Bounce, Raveboy, Dj Dkay and Dj Georgi.
2013
from July 19th to 20th took place under the motto: "Open Beatz - The Abstract Generation!" for the first time at Poppenhofer Weiher between Puschendorf and Herzogenaurach.
2014
In 2014 the Open Beatz Festival took place from July 25th to 27th and was frequented by around 10,000 visitors.
The festival consisted of two open air stages. Artists and DJs included: Showtek , Sander van Doorn , R3hab , Markus Schulz , Adam Beyer , Danny Avila , Klingande .
2015
In 2015 the festival took place from July 16 to 19 in Puschendorf near Herzogenaurach.
The program includes artists such as W&W , R3hab , Ummet Ozcan , Headhunterz , Kryder , Felix Kröcher , Le Shuuk , Noisecontrollers , Wasted Penguinz , Psyko Punkz , Toneshifterz , Scale, Anodyze , Simon Says and Angerfist .
2016
In 2016 the festival took place from July 21st to 24th in Puschendorf near Herzogenaurach.
The program includes artists such as Dvbbs , Nicky Romero , Blasterjaxx , Nero , Dyro , Headhunterz , Lost Frequencies , Le Shuuk , Glasperlenspiel (Band) , Brennan Heart , Da Tweekaz , Frontliner , Korsakoff , Max Enforcer , Ran-D , Scale, Sounic , Anodyze , D-Liciouz , Marshmello , Ostblockschlampen and Gestört aber GeiL.
2017
In 2017 the festival took place from July 20th to 23rd in Puschendorf near Herzogenaurach.
The program includes artists such as Headhunterz , MAKJ, Nervo , Tujamo , Yellow Claw , W&W , ANAL, Felix Kröcher , Atmozfears , Audiotricz, Anodyze, Scale, Slushii , Will Sparks , Ookay, Mashd N Kutcher, Getter, Cuebrick, Bliss, Da Tweekaz, Eastern Bloc sluts, and many more.
2018
In 2018 the festival took place from July 19 to 22 in Puschendorf near Herzogenaurach.
The program included artists such as Alison Wonderland , Headhunterz , Yellow Claw , Andhim , Klangkarussell , Krewella , Moonbootica , Neelix , Will Sparks , Bass Modulators , Frequencerz , Frontliner , Anodyze , Scale, Miss K8 , Noisecontrollers , Partyraiser , Ran-D , Sub Zero Project and many more
2019
In 2019 the festival took place from July 18th to 20th in Puschendorf near Herzogenaurach.
The program included artists such as Alan Walker (music producer) , Bassjackers , Brooks (DJ) , Jewelz & Sparks , Nghtmre , Oliver Heldens , R3hab , Salvatore Ganacci , Tony Junior , Vini Vici , Will Sparks , Brennan Heart , Da Tweekaz , Ran- D , Sub Sonik , Sub Zero Project , Atmozfears , Sefa, Anodyze , Scale, Dr. Moth and many more.
The festival was also overshadowed on Saturday by an incident in which a visitor fell from the ferris wheel. The 31-year-old visitor from Colombia died in a clinic from serious injuries.
