The 1934 season of the Primera División was the 31st season (the 3rd of the professional era) of Uruguay's highest division in men's football , the Primera División .

The Primera División consisted of ten clubs in the championship season of 1934, whose teams met each other three times in a total of 135 championship games. There were 27 game days. Nacional Montevideo won the championship as first in the table in front of the second and third-placed clubs Club Atlético Peñarol and Montevideo Wanderers . A relegated team was not determined that season. The top scorer was Aníbal Ciocca with 13 goals .
