The Prva liga Srbije i Crne Gore 2005/06 was the fourteenth season of the highest Serbian-Montenegrin league. It was the fourth season after the renaming of the country FR Yugoslavia and in the course of this also the Liga Prva liga SR Jugoslavije . At the same time it was also the last season before the dissolution of the state federation in 2006. Subsequently, the Superliga was founded in Serbia and the Prva crnogorska liga in Montenegro .

The game was played from August 5, 2005 to May 6, 2006. The defending champion was FK Partizan Belgrade .
