Riedelhof is a district of the Emskirchen market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .
geography
There are some ponds to the north of the hamlet . A nameless brook rises there, which is a left tributary of the Middle Aurach . The Winterleite rises to the south ( 393 m above sea level ). A community connecting road leads to Flugshof (0.7 km south) or to the industrial area West (0.6 km north), another community connecting road leads to Emskirchen (1 km east).
history
The place was first mentioned by name in 1420 as "Ruttelbach". Until the first half of the 19th century it was called "Rüdelhof".
Towards the end of the 18th century there was an estate in Riedelhof. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Fraischvogteiamt Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach . The court had the Ansbach Hospital as the landlord .
As part of the community edict, Riedelhof was assigned to the Emskirchen tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the municipality of Emskirchen, founded in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) it was re- grouped into the newly formed rural community Schauerberg . On January 1, 1970, before the regional reform in Bavaria , Schauerberg was incorporated into Emskirchen.
