Culture and sights
- The Protestant parish church of St. Bonifatius is a single-aisled , partly still medieval church with a retracted, square choir tower . The octagonal tower end with a curved dome and lantern is from 1729 to 1731. The current structure with staircases on the north and south sides as well as an extension for the patron's box at the choir is based on a fundamental redesign from 1899 and 1900. Most of the furnishings were created around 1900. The neo-Gothic altarpiece contains five late Gothic carved figures.
- The water mill, built in 1594 by the resident Schicke, was renovated by the Lessel family and is open to visitors on Mill Day.
- The bakery, built well before 1848, was completely renovated in 2006. Since then, May and Advent baking has taken place annually. Traditionally, large cakes and bread are baked from homemade sourdough.
