history
The village with the then Tatar name Aqşeyh was mentioned for the first time in 1784. After the second wave of emigration of the Crimean Tatars in the 1850s and 1860s, the village was settled by German colonists from the Swabian colonies near Berdyansk , who mainly farmed sheep and farmed. These then named the village analogously to the Russified variant Ak-Scheich / Akscheich or German Akscheich .
Shortly after the start of the Great Patriotic War , on August 18, 1941, the German population was deported, first to the Stavropol region , and then to Siberia and northern Kazakhstan . From October 30, 1941 to April 13, 1944 the village was occupied by Wehrmacht troops.
In connection with the deportation of the Crimean Tatars from the Crimea, the village was renamed from Akscheich (Russian Акше́йх ) to Rasdolnoje / Rosdolne in 1944 . Since 1960 the settlement has had the status of an urban-type settlement.
